Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption laws - the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended (“FCPA”), the U.K. Bribery Act of 2010 (“UKBA”), Korea’s Act on Preventing Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transaction (“FBPA”), and other applicable anti-corruption laws.

Our distinguished anti-corruption certificate programs are strictly supervised and operated by our professional Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Team. They take full responsibilities in advising other colleagues on anti-corruption issues in all aspects, pre-clearing expenses concerned with government officials and approving company’s engagements with other third parties.
Compliance and Ethical Training
Our Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Team provide our colleagues with regular trainings on compliance and Ethical issues. These opportunities to participate in the trainings are not only open to our colleagues in wholly-owned or controlled subsidiaries, affiliates and offices worldwide, but also to our agents, consultants, distributors or any other third party engaged with Celltrion Healthcare to act on our behalf. Once our colleagues successfully complete a series of training courses, a certificate is issued to individuals to prove that he or she has taken the anti-corruption trainings, understood his or her responsibilities to comply with compliance.
The Chief Compliance Officer or any designated personnel is obliged to investigate, document and resolve any report on potential violations of the company policies. In order to maintain high level of standards, various internal audits may be conducted by the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Team to ensure company’s compliance with applicable Policies and Laws.
Anyone can directly contact the Compliance Division. Such reports can also be made on an anonymous basis by writing an email to the Company’s Compliance Hotline. Celltrion Healthcare encourages good faith reporting and retaliation against those raising good faith concerns will not be tolerated.
